Boss discovers agility

Boss took a break from the show ring to watch the agility competition at the 2014 dog show in Louisville. He shouted some encouragement to the competitors and indicated that he might like to join them.

Boss wins his first Best of Breed

Boss made his first trip to the breed winner's podium last weekend at Corydon, Ind. It was his second AKC competition and it came just as he moved into the 9-12 month class.

Boss marked his debut in the show ring by bringing home five ribbons from four shows.

The Weimaraner judging was part of the 2013 Kentuckiana Cluster of shows at the Kentucky Fair & Expo Center in Louisville.

He won his class each day, then added Reserve Winners on Sunday, March 17.

Boss launched his show career by winning his group at the Louisville-area puppy match on Feb. 3, 2013. Meegan took him in the ring after Steve Fox worked on his stacks.
